Some of my interests and hobbies include traveling, personal development, natural living, yoga, hiking, and spending time with friends and family - especially my 6 nieces and nephews! I currently live in Asheville, NC.

“I really value the 12 weeks of coaching with Kelly and so enjoyed the time we spent together. This came at a season when I was dealing with a lot of external stresses and I felt like I had no energy to focus on myself or my health. Kelly encouraged me from the start to prioritize myself and care for myself as much as I care for those around me.
