Each session is personalized, but generally includes checking in, identifying what’s most present or challenging for you, and working together to create strategies, insights, and action steps that move you forward. You’ll leave each session feeling clearer, more grounded, and supported.
While both offer support, therapy often focuses on healing past wounds or diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. We’ll explore your current habits, mindset, and goals to help you move forward with intention. Coaching is about building clarity, confidence, and sustainable change. While we may explore emotional patterns or mindset blocks, coaching is not a replacement for mental health therapy and does not treat clinical issues. If deeper emotional support is needed, I’m happy to assist you in connecting with a licensed therapist.

Yes. Payment plans are available for both the 6-week and 12-week programs. We can discuss options during your free Clarity Call.
