I specialize in helping clients with health and wellness goals, stress management, time management, and career fulfillment. While we may start by concentrating on a specific aspect of your life, it's inevitable that we'll explore various interconnected areas as our time together unfolds.
Health Coaching: I use a holistic approach in my health coaching, recognizing the uniqueness of each individual. Over the course of 12 weeks, we’ll focus on stress reduction, mindful eating, and boosting your energy levels, moving beyond the typical 'eat this, not that' strategy. Together, we’ll explore which foods best support your body, while also addressing nourishment beyond just diet. You will gain confidence as you learn to connect with your body and achieve your goals through a balanced mind-body approach.
What to expect from your coaching experience:
We will begin with a complimentary 45-minute Clarity Call, allowing me to learn more about you and your goals. I will explain the coaching process, and we can decide together if we are a good fit. From there, we will create a program that best fits your needs and goals!
